Family moving within 1 hour!
As long as all goes smoothly with the closing my brother and his family are going to be moving to Burlington soon! It's been a long few years of driving back and forth to see family for birthdays and various celebrations. I'm not complaining because it has always been worth the drive to be able to see my parents, siblings, nieces and nephew, but I can't wait for it to be much shorter (and hopefully more often)! Yipee!

We still do not have a mortgage, apparently.
I will tell you the entire story one day, but you will need to bring something for me to hit.
OK, we own the Burlington one. Now we have until midnight tonight to clear the house inspection on ours, and then we're done & done.
And way effin' poorer.
Deals are done. Except losers in the house we bought left more than a cube van of crap in there. Including legal files, and an aquarium with a big fish in it.
They were jerks to us in the buying process. Now - karma shall be dealt upon thee with a flaming stark fist of reality....
