There's a new Nephew in town!

I received a phone call from my brother Tim last night to let us know that his son Joshua was born just after 7:30pm weighing in at 8lbs 2oz. He reported that mom and baby are both doing well. Congratulations!!

Pregnant + Sick = Not Fun

The bug finally caught up with me after months of being around people who come to work (or come home) with a cold. I was really hoping that I wouldn't have to deal with the completely plugged up sinuses this year! At one point I had even said to my boss "If she doesn't take a sick day, I'm going home for a wellness day. Oh well...I guess I can't win em all. Good thing is that I'm feeling much better today.

We have the second round of pre-natal classes starting this Saturday. We're on the crash course...2 Saturdays vs. 5 weeknight sessions due to Colin's work schedule. I think that it's probably better since I am pretty much a zombie by 5:30pm these days. The 10-3 schedule on Satudays will hopefully allow me to actually remember some of the info that they are providing. Out due date is a short 5 weeks away! It's hard to believe that we're so close to such an exciting and life changing event!
